1. To enhance students understand the culture of other country overseas, so as to broaden their learning aspects.

2. Through the Project Learning with other students overseas, to let students acquire the techniques in the learning and to promote their communicative and linguistic skills.

3. To provide opportunities for students to be acquainted with other students overseas; and through interaction in learning, to promote friendship among the students.

4. To train students the proper way of self-managed and self-disciplined and to foster their good manner in communicating with other people.
